How to remove driver side Headlight Assembly?

Front driver side brake like has been replace with a new blub and it works for turn signal, but not when the break is press, the break alert goes off when applying the break any suggestion on correcting it.

Driver window lock will not unlock the passenger and back windows unless held down, any suggestion on correcting it.
