2.7t jerky start

well, i posted a problem that i thought was related to the cold - but i noticed it severly this morning - the warmest it's been in 6 months (about 48 degrees). there isn't any noticable sound but i step on the gas (gently) and the car is really jerky until it get's into second gear. if you were to step on the gas, release, step on the gas, release, that is what it feels like. any thoughts? transmission, fuel injection, banana in the tailpipe?

possibly the transsmission module.I have an 04 a6 (only like 2 months). I seemed to have the same problems with it, but my check engine light was on. Hopefully its not the same thing with your car its like a $1500 for install and part. Im sure its not if your lights not on.

I have the same problem with my 2001 a6 4.2 . It doesnt happen all the time but I've noticed it happens mostly in the morning when the car hasn't been warmed up yet.
