2000 audi a6 2.8 Quattro wont shift gears and makes loud noise when i drive
 

I have a 2000 Audi a6 2.8 Quattro when I turn on the car and put it in reverse it backs up normally but when I put it on drive it jumps and when I accelerate the RPMs jump to like 3 or 4 sometimes five or six before it even starts to drive and at the same time it makes a broom sound and continues to stay like that every time I accelerate can anyone please help me just bought the car I'm about to get the oil change and a transmission flush hopefully that works but if it's not the problem I don't know anyone who would pay just to get a diagnostic for something that noticeable thank you and I would really appreciate it
