2000 Audi A6 Quattro 2.7 shaking while idle, but i replaced all coils and spark plugs

I need help diagnosing the problem with my Audi car. I have a 2000 Audi A6 Quattro 2.7t. My car starts to shake while idle. When I went to put my car on a scanner it showed I had a misfire in cylinder 1 and 5. The thing that's tripping me out is that I got all my spark plugs changed which were NGK and I changed all my coil packs. Idk why the same 2 cylinders are showing misfire when I got them changed a month ago. My car shakes bad but my car is not over heating even though it smokes from time to time and now I'm smelling burnt wood or wire. Another code that popped up was a code P0741 Torque converter clutch. I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my car when I got all my spark plugs and coil pack changed. And I even got one of my catalytic converter changed on July 2nd 2017. Can someone help me with this issue.

Hey

Late reply but maybe some insight. you shaking is likely from the below google I did

"The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) will set the P0741 diagnostic trouble code when it notices a difference between the rotational speed of the torque converter and the transmission input shaft that is greater than 200 revolutions per minute "

The oil you're also smelling could be leaking VCG or even the turbos. It sounds like you've got bunch of things going wrong all at once and this will be daunting to track down.

My advise is to take it in to an audi dealership or specialist audi indi shop and have them do a fully inspection. Then see what is wrong and how deep your pockets are.

I figured out what it was. I needed new Ignition modules. As far as the torque converter I still need to see what's going on with that.
