Hello All,

I have done several searches, and am seeing different things.

First off, can someone tell me: What type of headlights came on the stock 2001 A6 2.7T?

I am looking to go brighter with them. What would you suggest in regards to wattage, bulb type, and all of that.

I dont know if I have HID, but if i do not, i am not looking to upgrade to them. I just want a brighter light were i only have to replace the bulb. Dont care to do a "conversion kit"

Anyone know?

It looks like you have HIDs based on the offerings

Edit: I may take that back.
You gotta check what your car is equipped with.
