2003 A6 Quattro 3.0

I need to know why my A6 cuts off. It's starts the rpms go high and low I changed the Mass air flow sensor. It ran fine. The filter was very dirty from the previous owner cloud it be the TPS?

please help

Sounds to me like you have a vacuum leak somewhere.
