2006 Audi A6 rear brake light issue
My right side rear brake light and a turn signal stop working in a few minutes after I start driving. I pulled out a tail light assembly and the 5 bulbs look okay, but I presume there is a plate inside the lens cover with some other kind of small bulbs that are responsible for the stop light and the turn signal. The lens cover is glued down and it’s impossible to separate it without breaking. Do I have to replace the whole assembly? Why is it working in the beginning? Is there any other way to diagnose/fix it?
Thanks

It may be short. He's telling you to check the voltage because the short could be in the lens or before the lens. If it is before, then changing out the cluster would not help you.
