Need help with my 2012 Audi A6 Prestige
I purchased the car a few months age and ran into a few issues

1st - passenger seat heater and ventilation stopped working, possibly after I made some changes
with VAG COM .
I cant seem to go back and find any settings pertaining to the passenger seat.
getting a fault code for
checked fuses in rear that are for heated seats and the are ok

2nd - can i program a 3rd key purchased from ebay ? I'm going to install a remote start - EVO-ALL by Fortin and it requires a programmed key to be placed behind dash.

3rd - Trying to change comfort turn signal from 3 flashes to 5 and cant seem to find the coding
4th - where can i get updated maps ? Audi reps told me they would be automatically updated when i made a connection with t-mobile, I got an account and no update so far,lots of streets missing, speed limits wrong etc.
