2012 Audi A6 supercharged
 

Pls help. My 2012 Audi A6 supercharged sudenly developed different sound and would not drive smoothly again, it drive as low as 40km per hour. A check shows that 2 of the spark plugs points are not working and soaking oil. I was told it is serious engine problem. Need your help pls.
