2012 Audi A6. Where are the jacking points under car; search did not provide results

2012 Audi A6; where are jacking points under car; search did not provide results.

I need/want to jack up my car for several weeks. (med term storage) Anyone know where the jacking points are, or even if this vehicle has 4 jacking points. Some BMWs do not have more than a front and a rear jacking point.

Thanks in advance.

I will also visit dealer tomorrow for advice.

There are two on each side of the car (just behind front wheel wells and in front of rear wheel wells. They are marked on the bottom edge of the side with small triangles. If you peer under the car you can see a rectangular spot where the jack will fit. I use a floor jack with a towel folded to match the jack spot

Good question and good info to know. I may put mine up for the winter not sure yet.

In the same light I could not see how to attach a battery tender on this car. The battery is hidden and only the pos post is exposed. Any suggestions?

The bat is under the spare tire. I could be wrong, but I think you see both posts after you remove the spare. ???

Indeed, the battery is under the spare tyre. I know this because I spent 30 minutes trying to find it before suffering the humiliation of visiting an Audi dealer instead. The shame, the shame ...

However, you may not need to get to the battery as the poles are presented in the bonnet on the left-hand side. I would imagine you can charge the battery from there but there's information on that in the Owners Manual. Unfortunately, it doesn't tell you exactly where the battery is!

Wow... I would have never guessed. In my Jeep the battery is under the passenger seat and there are charging posts under the hood. I don't know if I can use my trickle charger or not now.

Those points are present under the hood (bonnet), so you should be okay. Should see them on the left-hand side.
