2016 A6 EPC light came on once, do I need full diagnostics??
 

I think the reason it came on two weeks ago was because I was inadvertently sitting on the key and pressing one of the buttons. Does this sound reasonable? After that it has not come on again. I'm taking it to the shop for 20k service. Is it necessary to run full diagnostics for EPC issues?? Shop says it takes 2-3 hours and I expect that it is costly. Thanks!
