16557 - Fuel Trim Bank 2

I have replaced about 98% of the vacuum hoses in the last year (I had vacuum leak codes a few times) so I don't think my hoses are bad.
Im thinking I might need to replace my MAF sensor...how hard is it to do this? And any insight on where to purchase one is appreciated.

Check your fuel pressure and throttle body also.
