So after filling my passenger side with water (plugged up drain), i have it most of the way dried out. Now the car is running super rich and the tach no longer works. I am guessing the ECU got a bit wet and is now damaged. The car ran fine before the water issue.

Where is the ECU located? Is it up on the firewall, or is it mounted behind the passenger side kick panel. Normally i would just tear into it, but it parked at my office and i don't have much room / tools to dig in.
