Just picked up a great looking and driving Quattro 5 Speed. It does have a minor oil leak but everything else looks to be well cared for. Its got 171k miles, and drives great. So what do I need to do first? I am thinking a timing belt and water pump as the po does not know when it was last changed. What other issues are pressing?

 

What model is it? The timing belt and water pump are a must, and other than that it's just general maintenance and good care(fixing leaks, changing oil). You will need a timing belt tool though. You can make one if you have the ability and instructions, otherwise you'll have to find someone that has one and borrow it, or buy one for ~$300. They're hard to find and expensive since Audi no longer makes them.
