Default A6 accident help!

Hey guys,
I had an accident with my A6 Q 2000. On the pictures bellow, you can see what is the damage. Some motorcycle hit me btw.
What I am asking you is what is the name of the plastics around the fog lights, becouse I lost them, where to get them? Also, I need to get new right fog light and holder for it. After this stupid guy hit me, when I start my car in the morning, first time in the day, I have this air-compressor noise for about a minute, coming from the right front wheel. After that, It goes away and never shows up during the day, no matter how many times I start up my car. So, it is only the first time of the day... What it could be?

Also, for fixind the bumber... any advice? Not to paint the whole thing?

here r the pics:

Info from auto insurance claims guy and former 2000 A6 Avant owner here.........
The black pieces around the fog lamps are called "lower grills"
Your bumper cover is damaged beyond simple repair. You may be able to get an exchange reconditioned cover, but its doubtful due to the condition of your core. Probably will have to get a new one. I would recommend turning this into your insurance company, especially if there could be something wrong mechanically (noise you hear) Not sure what that would be. I can get you some prices tomorrow. My parts database is at work.

The noise is your secondary air injection pump. Either the line broke during the accident or the pump itself was damaged.

If he hit you, why isn't his insurance taking care of your car?

Pretty dam sure. A visual inspection should tell for sure. The secondary air injection pump is just an air pump. Similar to an air compressor. It only runs at startup for a minute or so. On the 2.8 it is located at the right front behind the bumper.
