a6 wheel lug bolt question
My a6's left-front wheel is short of one lug bolt or lug nut...there's a hole there and needs something to plug into, and I think should be a lug bolt. kinda curious why audi places bolts rather than lug nuts like japenese cars to fix the wheels.
So I bought a lug bolt for the nut size of 14mm*1.5 and tried to fit it into the hole but the bolt is smaller in size to fit the hole. Anybody have any idea what should I do? Do I need a bolt with bigger size, and if I do, what size should I order?
Many thanks

You have to be kidding about that question --Right?
Questioning Audi design vs Japanese isn't funny!
Just go to Auto zone take the clerk by the hand and lead him to your vehicle - point at the hole and say "I need something to fill that space." and pay him some money. It's logic not rocket science!
