Am new to this website, appears AWESOME. My '97 A6, just turned 150K miles, just got troublesome. It refused to shift into 4th gear; only to resume halfway home normal shifting (out & in). Any insight to this strange behavior...Better yet , how can I fix it, or do I have to more drastic steps.
The LOML is reluctant to even consider it being the reliable pony it is, (I think).
ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated.
