Default A6 right front tire rubbing when turned

While driving I heard a pop and something rattling around in my front wheel well. (sounded like the right onw but not positive). Thought I just ran over something on the road. When I got home I heard a rubbing sound from right front tire when turned hard to the left.

Top of my tire is all chewed up from rubbing on suspension and car sits lower in the front than before.

What is it? Bad shocks/struts? Something else? Everything is still connected suspension-wise. Nothing obvious to the eye/

Any ideas would be appreciated.

If i had to guess i would say you have a busted coil spring or a upper control arm that let go.
