Default a6 transmissions interchangable???
i have a 1999 audi a6 2.8 quattro. does the 2.8 non quattro work on the quattro? is there any difference?

They are completely different FWD is usually a CVT where as the Quattro is a regular 5 speed

There's really no way of doing it w/o lots of time, lots of fabricating, and lots of money... you have a totally different drivetrain layout, axles, drive shafts, differentials, etc...
