abs and brake light display after using brakes
 

I have A 97 a6 wagon, Just had a front left wheel bearing put in, The mechanic also had to put in a new abs sensor and brass sleeve.
When i start car no lights are on in display, and abs works fine, after i use the brakes a few times the abs goes out and abs light and parking brake light come on in display.
Any help would be cool.
P.s i know the mechanic that did the work hasn't checked any codes

CHECK FOR CODES Chances are the ABS controller went out, or the ABS sensor is not working properly.
