Hi , i'm having a problem with the instrument cluster , when i start up the car the abs,brake and air bag light are on also the low oil pressure simbol is blinking along with a loud sound , do you guys have any idea of what it is?

You need a vag com so you can check the fault codes in the modules, its probably not the instrument cluster, more like a brake/abs module is faulty.

 

And if you don't want to invest in Vag-Com, try the local AutoZone. I think they charge like 20 bucks to read the codes.

 

They can't read any modules other than the engine which doesn't help.

 

Oh..really. I thought they used Vag-Com...Huh...so after all, it really makes sense to have one. Thanks auditech, I didn't knew that about Autozone, as never needed to go their for error reading.

 

engine codes are read for free at autozone by the way, they dont charge anything.....
