hi my freind wants to sell me his 2001 audi a6 avant estate 1.9 tdiit has good service history belts done in january service ect but it has 194k it is a great price £2000 but what do you think is it to many miles

Seems a little high, even translated to US$. Those many miles on a diesel engine are not bad, but I would be concerned about suspension, transmission, and drive train. Those are very expensive to repair. I'd find out why he wants to sell it and try and find someone who works on Audis that can inspect it, even if it costs a small fee. If it turns out to be a lemon, you'll be mad at your friend -- is it worth it?
