So since I bought my a6 , the adaptive headlight has been defective . So since I've upgraded the front fascia , I figured I'd upgrade the headlights as well and get rid of that annoying error message . My question is , if I get the headlights without the adaptive feature , will I get an error message ? I'm not crazy about the adaptive feature so I don't mind not having it . Any advice would be appreciated ! Thanks.

 

yes you will get the error. And try this fix for your adaptive headlight. Mine got fixed this way and never had an issue again

 

I will try this as that annoying beep is just too much!
