I thought Audi has bleed holes but my Bentley manual hasn't shown up yet so I can't help you there.
What I do for other cars with good success is you pull the front wheels up on ramps, undo the rad cap and run the motor from cold.
It'll bubble for a while but by the time the engine gets near hot the air should have escaped through the rad.

Bleeder at the bottom of radiator, passengers side, one in back of engine and a third at heater core drivers side. Easiest way is to elevate rear of car (ramps), take off cowl cover and CAREFULLY loosen bleeder at heater. Start car, turn on heater to max and open valve when fluid comes out in steady flow close bleeder. Done!

One could try bleeding in a classic way:
Warm up-cool down.
Monitor the coolant level.
There use to be a bleeder on the radiator....
A piece of advise - if one fills up the system from the upper radiator hose - bleading chores are greatly reduced.
