Hi I have a 2000 audi a6 4.2 I want to put a intake on it but they dont make one for it so what do I put in it for a drop in filter? I dont know if the oil off the k&n filter will mess up my mass air flow?

MY stock filter is all messed up with holes in it so i need a new one as it is so just trying to see what i can put in it thanks.

 

The k and n spray used to clean the filter is the bad part. It will mess up the maf and make the transmission shift unusually.

Just change the filter. The stock intake is as good as it gets unless you make your own.
