Been waiting over 3 weeks for my lip spoiler. Wtf? Do they normally take this long?

Dont know anything about them but I ordered wheels thru Pure Motorsport and its been 2.5 weeks. Very annoying and wont give me any discount or free shipping since they were in stock when i ordered them.

When I ordered my lip spoiler it showed up about a week after I ordered it. The color match for Brillant Black LY9B was perfect. So I'll have to say my experience with them was excellent.
