I'm in the process of fixing my wife's A6 that snapped it timing belt. I purchased the Bentley Service manual but its seriously useless for a head removal job. No information at all on the engine internals, or even the timing belt replacement procedure for the 3.0L ( AVK) engine.

Does any one have the correct torque for the head bolts and for the cam carrier bolts for the 3.0L engine.

FYI it was caused by the total bearing failure in the tensioner roller. The first clue was the ball bearings in the belly pan when I removed it :-(
