Default Audi Problem......

There is a hose behind the Engine right before you hit the wall that divide the engine, with the, battery, and air filters, that broke, could someone tell me what is the name of that hose. Please!!

My second issue is that while driving the car, I stop at a traffic light, and the car just went off, I had to push the car to a dinners parking lot, and after a jump start it work drove it home, try to turn it on No go, Got a new battery, same problem the car just won't work won't turn on at all..... I saw that the cable that connects to the positive battery pole, is kind of burn could that be the problem...

Also I have a hose that is leaking all the coolant, is the hose that sits on top of the oil filter, if you put water and look under the car, it looks like is dripping from on top of the oil filter. Any all help will be appreciated.......

Thanks!!!!!!!!

That hose is part of the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system and is called breather hose. Since it was completely severed, probably that's the root cause of your car turning off and non-starting. That would represent a huge vacuum leak.
However, that's just a supposition, as I never tried to start (or run for that matter) the car without the breather hose connected or being snug tight.
As far as the coolant hose, what prevents you from just replacing that hose or at least the clamps and go from there?
