Automatic transmission CVT - A6 Avant 2.5TDI 2002

Hello,
Does anybody Know what oil should I use in my automatic transmission, and when I must change it. I ask because some people say that this oil doesn't need to be changed, but it's hard to believe.
I had to replace my transmission for a rebuilted one 2 months ago, and I don't know if the other one broke due to the oil or not.
By the way, I still have the other transmission intact, because there is no chance it can be fixed, wise men say, please tell me if is there any chance to fix it.
The transmission is a Multitronic CVT (continuos variable transmission) from AUDI, Ref.:01J300043E or
Ref.:FSC104301128RUZRNK
I don't know what's the right one.
Thanks in advance
Best regards

The recommended change interval is 40k miles for the fluid. However that trans is absolute garbage. theres like 3 tech bullitins due to various failures in the trans. Some of them dont even make it to their first fluid change. Theres very limited repair info on them. The only really serviceable part on the inside is the valvebody.

Hi dankhound
Thanks a lot for your help.
If you can tell me where can I find technical information about this transmission it would be great.
How did you know about the tech bulletins and where can i read it.
It appears to be good now, and I drove about 15K. I hope I have some luck this time.
