Default Auxillary Fan Woes

OK...so my auxillary fan does not work at all...does not come on or anything...Where is the relay so that I can check it...

Also, what are some other things that I can check on to see what might be the problem?

Check to see if there is any power going to the fan first, it should be 12V or more.

Well get the engine to operating temp, keep the a/c on so the switch sends power to the fan, then stick a sowing needle in the back of the connector on the fan and hook a voltmeter to the needle and check for voltage.

So where exactly would you insert the needle? I looked around and I really do not know where the connector piece is.

Try inserting it around where the wire goes into the fan, it really doesn't matter, you could even pierce the covering on the wire and test it that way if you need to.

There should only be two wires going into the fan, they are quite large so it shouldn't be too hard to identify.
