Bent valves
hey guys,
I just had a fun last few weeks, i tired to start my c5 A6 quattro but i had no fire. Come to find out that i had a blown timing belt. We got a kit from ECS and did the service. After finishing the change in two days we got the car to fire up we still have a few problems. We have a few codes that we had scanned and found out that we have 1 - 5 bent valves in cylinder #5. We want to take it to the next step and replace the valves but our question is if the valves are manually adjustable? Ill have more information later but just a quick question.
Thanks guys,
Dennis

The valves are not manually adjustable.
What codes are you getting to think that the valves are bent as opposed to a bad coil pack or connection? Normally, from what I have experienced, when you pop a timing belt you bend valves in more than one cylinder and you don't normally bend all five in one cylinder.
