Default bilstein shocks for 2000 2.7T

Am scheduled with my audi guy for a set of these shocks .Is it a good idea? any better shock out there for this car ? My guy says when you do this you need alignment too with the stock wheels on. I put 235/45/17 on very nice.

do you have any lowering/aftermarket springs on it? I guess it would be an upgrade if you have stock suspension but if you are going to stay stock and OEM's are cheaper I would go that way

you might as well spend another $250 and get some good springs on there so you can have better overall handling replacing both together

bilstein sport shocks are pretty good... one of the best available

BIlstein's are good but as saidf above I would get springs as well.
Yes do an alignment afterwards but I would ait a couple of weeks or 300-500 miles so the new suspension settles
