When I'm on the highway doing at least 60-70 mph and hit the brakes. The brakes/car feel like it's driving over gravel. When I'm on side streets it doesn't feel like that. Is this normal?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Its probably a warped rotor/s on the front of the car, they need to be replaced.
