I bought mine from original owner with 37k and now have 118k. After I replaced the timing belt, clutch, and flywheel it has been trouble free. I attribute the latter two problems to the original owner towing and me chipping and running the car at very high speed.

Plan on $1000 year for maintenance unless you're good at DIY. But the price sounds reasonable...maybe a little low.
