I'm not sure if I have a problem or not so I'm looking for advice. I was replacing the valve cover gaskets on the 2002 Audi A6 2.7t. I've been following the directions on the Cam Tensioner DIY page and noticed one of the cam marks doesn't line up quite right. The roller on the chain are correct according to the pics. I do have the 16 chain links between marks as mentioned in the DIY but it is off of the arrow mark slightly. It says I should be ok but it has me concerned that the marks don't line up like in the pics. The tensioner is slightly compressed. I'm wondering that when I rotate the engine if it will line up or not... Any advice or comment would be greatly appreciated.

My cams match the "Right" part of the pic attached but the mark on the sprocket and 16th chain pin are just to the right of the arrow on the cam cap...

When I opened the hood this morning everything was in alignment! The Car Gods must have helped me out overnight. They have my thanks.
