Hello evryone, I have Audi a6 2.7 with 143000 milles on it and I have emission test in a month will pass it with p0741 code? If not, will replacing TC help ? And what kind materials do I need to do the job such as ATF fluid , TC, trans fluid what else would you guys sugest ?

I don't know where you are but in california, they won't pass visual inspection with CEL on. FYI, replacing TC on the car is not cheap.

Unless you are familiar with Audi transmission, I would recommend you taking it to a shop. You can try to replace the filter and fluid. There are DIYs floating around.
