Car shakes at low speed

My Audi A6 vibrates when i drive. when i applyies the brakes and car get slow it vibrates more and it is very annoying. I have checked the tires for low air but nothing wrong. This bubbling of the car is increasing day by day and the only thing that I know is the rear tires are about to worn and I have been suggested the tires change and also the brake pad changes. I just wanted to know is this only becuase of this or could be something else?

I had a similar issue with my A6. It turned out to be my brakes. I would suggest going to an Audi dealer and have them take a look. If they've been replaced recently, then I'd go back to who did it and see if they need to be tweaked.

If you've already done this, or it feels like an engine problem, then I'm not sure what it could be.

If your roters are warped bad enough, yes wou will get a helluva shimmy. Also check CV boots for tearing, you could have a joint on it's way out.

I have a torn right front outer boot and there's no vibration whatsoever. My tires are also worn out as hell and there's no vibration whatsoever.

If the vibration is worse in conjunction with braking, probably the rotors/pads replacement suggestion hit the nail in the head; of course, unless you have some control arms problems too.
