Car vibrates while driving and also when standing still
 

I have 2001 A6Q. I bought it a year ago and no problem until last month.

Whenever I stop at the traffic light, I can feel the vibrations from the car. If I put it to neutral while I'm at traffic light, it is OK.
This also happens when I drive in morning or if the car is at still for around 6 - 8 hrs and then driven. I can feel the vibration which is annoying specially when you are going to work in traffic. Please help !!!!
