Does this seem normal? The july and august visit were less than a month apart. The only thing i can think of was that they just got the oil changed every 3 months or so regardless of miles on the car. Any feedback would be appreciated.

looks like a good service record to me ( Service Facility Vehicle serviced ) that doesn't just mean its had an oil change "its had the works" as all fleet/lease cars have to

 

Take the VIN for that car to an Audi service manager and he'll give you the full service record for the car including codes which will tell you what was done each service, when and at what mileage oil was changed, etc. These records are kept by Audi until the warranty mileage or period is lapsed.

I'm mostly just wondering if it's normal for a service to be performed about every 2,000 miles or so. It just seems like alot of service was done in a short period of time.

 

Its really hard to tell without knowing exactly what was done. Maybe they forgot when their last oil change was and they got one the next month. Or maybe theres a more serious problem You need to find out more info from the service department before you can make any concluesion.
