RE: CEL Codes: P0411 P1141 P1129 P1127 P1139

Your screwed - Prepare to spend money!

OK OK one can say that for almost any Audi CEL

P0411- is secondary Air Injection System (B2) - incorect flow
P1127 is Long term fuel trim - System too rich Bank1

The others - P1141, P1129, and P1139 don't show on my lists or theBentley.

If you give the numbers that show before the P number I might be able to give you a bit more help.. For instance P0411 can also be read as 16795. The P numbers are SAE and the others are VAG. What ever that means???

Since your probably seeing codes for both banks -- I'd clear them and see what returns before spending a bunch on money.

I have a 98 A6 as well, I had a vacuum leak and it caused many codes. When you first open the hood in the rear center of the engine there are a bunch of small vacuum hoses. I needed to change many of these little hoses. I would clear your codes and replace any bad vacuum hoses. By doing this it should clear up some of the other codes.
