I have literally replaced every vaccum line, the secondary air injection pump, and the gas cap what else???? Any help guys would be much appreciated!!!! Before I replaced the gas cap when I went to fill up I would go to start the car and it wouldnt want to start then it would fire and run rough for a few seconds but since I replaced the gas cap that stopped but the light keeps coming on....

I agree. N80 purge valve.
If it's stuck open, you'll flood the engine with fuel vapor when filling the tank and also, obviously, end up with an EVAP code.

 

I had the same problem. I started with the purge valve and gas cap. Problem went away and came back after 600 miles. I did a smoke test on my car and it was the fuel tank.
