Default Clicking when starting (Hopefully dead battery, but I am not sure)

I have a 1999 A6 with 62k miles on it. When I went to start it this morning, there was a clicking (the starter I think), I tried again and the car did eventually start. reset a lot of the electric stuff as well. When I go to turn the car on (before trying to crank the engine) the battery reads near the low end, but not totally dead. Anythoughts?

Bring to a shop and have the batt/alt tested. One or both going bad.

They have a tool to test both at same time, load tester.
