Clock Spring Help

okay i have 2004 audi a6 2.7t and i just replaced my clock spring and i had my steering wheel straight and took every precaution changing the clock spring. but after i changed it my ESP, ABS lights on solid and my brake light flashes. and when i start my car it beeps 3x. what do i need to do? do i have to take it to the dealership and have it reprogram this new clock spring or can i just do something on my own to fix it. please help me out its really frustrating.

If you do not have the registered VAG-COM software there is no way to reprogram the car's ECU to identify the car's installed components (Transmission, ABS module, etc). The dealer would be your only recourse. Or an independent shop that really knows the VW/Audi line of cars.
