Have a 2001 A6 Avant with standard Concert radio set up. Just out of Audi warranty. </P>


Have experienced major interference/electrical problems with the set - specialist audio engineers have tried to fix twice - but keeps breaking down. </P>


Audi people very unhelpful - no doubt because nothing in it for them. Wont let me have a replacement set for pounds sterling 200 ('because the warranty seals are broken') - have to either have a new one (pounds sterling 700), or pay again to let the 'approved' Audi engineers look at it and give me an estimate to fix.</P>


As the other engineers have confirmed that the build quality of the set is 'rubbish anyway' and is always likely to keep breaking down, surprise surprise I am now getting a non-Audi decent set from non-Audi retailer (at a further cost to me of over sterling 300 ....)<IMG src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0"></P>


Two messages - beware Concert radio systems after three eyars, and anyone else who has experienced this nightmare of so called 'quality' parts from so called 'quality' motor manufacturer - do you have any suggestions????</P>
