Considering two A6's...need assistance!

Greetings! I'm an ex-Audi owner and now I'm coming back.
I'm considering 2 A6's from a dealer. Both are under factory warranty at the time. Both are CPO and qualify for the extended warranty from Audi. Both cars have the same color interior, grey. Both cars are in the same shape.

#1, 04 A6 S-Line 2.7t Q, silver, tip, everything but warm weather package, rear/side shades, sat radio, RS6 wheels. 45,000 miles, $31,400
Kinda high miles amd apparently mostly highway. One owner, sweet car.

#2, 02 A6 2.7t Q, light blue, tip, everything but warm weather package, Audi badged BBS wheels. 30,000 miles, $23,700
Two owners, under factory warranty till 8/24/06, low miles and price...but it's fugly blue.

The other car we're looking at is an 04 Infiniti FX-35. 35K miles, $33,5.
It's going to be my wife's car and she really digs the Infiniti, but also remembers how sweet our 1999.5 A4 was.

Thanks!

I'd say DON't get the one you used the word FUGLY to describe.

I would go with the 04. There is high mile for being only 2 years old but 30k is too low for a 02. With out normal driving a6's seem to break more than ones that get driven. plus it's not fugly blue

Went with the 04. Sweet car and it goes pretty well.

Thanks all!
