Control Arms

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I've been an Audi owner for a year now (bought it for my wife). I'm a motorcycle tech, so I ride a lot (Ducati 750ssie) and don't care much for cars... unless they're European! Anyhow, I've a need to replace control arms and outer tie rod ends on my '99 A6 Q 2.8. I am wondering if anyone has experience with Hamburg Technic parts - are they good, bad, hit and miss, or what? Now, does anyone have experience with Meyle parts? I'm probably going to replace all control arms (upper and lower) and tie rod ends at once, just to get a fresh start. Any advice, Audi techs?

I know nothing about that place. But Meyle parts are ok. Febi & bilstein are also ok. Get the whole kit & replace all the hardware.

Torque all the bushing bolts with the suspension loaded, if not the bushings will not last long.

check ECS tunings web site. They sell a kit that has all the arms, tie rod ends, bushings, bolts, etc. that will be needed for the job you are describing. The whole kit is under $500 and is quality stuff.
