Default Couple ?'s on my new A6

Hey guys, just picked up a 99 A6 2.8L. Couple questions.

First, I need new sway bar bushings I think, havn't gotten under their yet, but is it something fairly easy to do? I have replaced out links and bushings on a 4runner.

It also seems to have some electrical problems, might just be me, I have never owned an Audi. So some of these might be normal. My trip meter read out will display "INSERV" every once in a while. That just get tripped by mileage and need to be reset? Also, the computer read out in the center only tells me 28MPH, like it's frozen. I can press the button and it will go through all the different symbols with the battery, wiper fluid, etc. Is that something that needs to be reset? I figure that is where it should be telling me maybe average mph, and gas mileage and everything.

These are my main concerns. Any help is much appriciated.

Also, are there any cheap performance mods on these cars, maybe to the air intake system or anything? A good site for those things would be great!

The swaybar end links are fairly easy to replace. www.purems.com sells them and i'm sure there are other sites that sell them as well. There really isn't much you can do performance wise on the 2.8L motor. You could put a cold air intake and exhaust on but for the minimal hp gain achieved you may decide it isn't worth it. You can check www.lltek.com for the intake and exhaust. A chip would also achieve minimal gains.

As far as the electrical issues, others will need to give advise there. I've never seen in INSERV display before
