Display miles to empty

Hi all

Is it possible to get an a6 2002 2.0 to display miles to empty in the centre dash screen, the car doesn't have the rocker on the right hand stalk or the reset button underneath it

Does this mean it cannot be displayed?

Try the wiper switch, there's a reset button there.
