is there somewhere i can go to see a diy on changing the oil on a 2001a6 2.7t. and how many quarts does it hold?

 

Nothing very tricky about it. You have to remove the lower pan - that's 6 quarter turn fasteners and another 4 at the fender liner. The filter and drain plug are right there - much easier than a b5 A4 with a 1.8T. Take's a little less than 7 quarts. Use a full synthetic oil and change the crush washer under the drain plug.
