DTC Code P1114, P1118, 0140

I just got readings on my 2000 A6, 2.8 30V. Could anyone explain these readings and also would make some sence out of thses codes coming up all together???

bank 2 o2 sensor shot/stuffed/knackered cause of all 3 codes

great!! thats good to know.. would you know what the exact testing procedure is for the sensor? from what ive heard, the sensor must have a certain resistance?? Thanks again for the lead, that was very helpful!!!

I just found this for error code 0140 :O2 Sensor Circuit - Slow Response (Bank 1Sensor 2) . Would you know what side bank 1is, standing in front of the car and looking at it? sensor 2, is that the one located before or behind the converter??
